RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS
On Monday, November 3rd, Student Council will be launching a school-wide Random Acts of Kindness activity to promote making smart choices. Should your child choose to participate, he or she may pick up a pennant to fill out and decorate in the front office. Once they are turned into teachers, they will be hung in the MPR!

CYSTIC FIBROSIS
On November 10th, Student Council will begin our yearly Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser. Your child will come home with a letter and a Ziploc bag discussing the Curefinders program. Please have your child bring any money he or she raises back to school in the Ziploc bag by Thursday, November 20th. The class that raises the most money will win a pizza party!!

THE WGEF GREEN ENVELOPE CAMPAIGN HAS BEGUN!
Would you like to double your Grizzly Growth Fund donation? Here's how …. Make any size donation during the month of November and the Donald C. and Elizabeth M. Dickinson Foundation will MATCH donations (up to a total of $10,000) to the Grizzly Growth Fund. So every $1 donated during this time period yields $2 for our students!

Thanks to everyone who has already donated this year! To date, 15% of the families at our school have donated. Our goal is 100% participation. Every donor will receive an entry into a raffle for two exciting prizes to be drawn at the December 5th Friday Flag... A “Trampoline party for 10 at Sky High Sports” or “One Free Jamba Juice” every Thursday for the rest of the school year for your Grizzly! Please visit www.willowgrovefoundation.org to make your donation today. Flyers with more information and green envelopes were sent home in last Friday’s YO PAC!

HALLOWEEN CANDY – TURN YOUR CANDY INTO CASH WITH MOSER ORTHODONTICS
Dr. Noel Moser of Moser Orthodontics, Willow Grove’s business partner, is once again offering a great way to recycle all of that candy that your Grizzlies collected on Halloween. Dr. Moser will donate $1 for every pound of candy we collect. So, let your child take out a week’s worth of those Halloween treats, prevent some cavities, and donate the rest of the candy as a fundraiser. The candy collection box is located in the front office until November 5th, so stop by and drop some candy off. Dr. Moser will be donating the candy to our troops overseas and the San Diego Rescue Mission. Thanks Moser Orthodontics for this creative solution on how to handle all the candy our kiddos accumulated on Halloween.
