Attention Golfers, Dinner Guests and Willow Grove Supporters:
We look forward to you joining us at The Santaluz Golf Club on Monday, November 5 for the 9th Annual Willow Grove Educational Foundation Golf Tournament, sponsored by Apollo Jets. The Educational Foundation, with the support of Willow Grove families and local business sponsors, have created a fabulous fundraising event this year. If you have not yet purchased tickets, we still have a few dinner/cocktail party tickets available. Thank you for joining us for all or part of the festivities and help the Educational Foundation raise money that will benefit ALL students at Willow Grove.Below are the details of the event.
Attire Requirements:
Men Golfers: Must wear a collared shirt. No denim.Women Golfers: Must wear a collared shirt or sleeves. No denim.
Cocktail & Dinner Party Guests: Golfers may wear their golf attire for the entirety of the day and night, or change into different attire for the evening. Dinner guests may wear Smart Casual attire.
Events of the Day:
8:30-10:30 - Breakfast, Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar, Registration, Putting Contest, Demonstration and Chipping Contest
10:30 am - Tee Time
4:00 pm - Putting Contest Finals for the chance to win $10,000!
4:30pm - Cocktail party begins
6:00 pm - Dinner
7:00 pm - Live Auction
7:30 pm - Event Awards/Raffle Winners
8:00 pm - Silent Auction closes
7:45 pm - DJ Playing Music/Dancing
10:00 pm - Evening concludes
Other Important Information:
Cocktail/Drink & Raffle Tickets: You can pre-purchase cocktail/drink tickets for the evening portion of the event on our WGEF website or purchase them at the event as well as raffle tickets. We ask that you bring cash to the event if possible for these purchases; however, credit cards will also be accepted. Thank you in advance!
Locker Rooms: The locker rooms will be open to all attendees to shower or change for dinner after the tournament.
