Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season when many focus on their holiday and end-of-the-year giving. On Tuesday, November 30th, the Willow Grove Educational Foundation will participate in #GivingTuesday.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 in 24 hours to support WGEF’s efforts to provide essential resources and enrichment opportunities to every student at Willow Grove. Your donations make possible: 9 additional teachers and staff; hand-on science labs and assemblies for more than 800 students; continuing education for 36 teachers; literacy programs; 33 weeks of physical education instruction per student and once a month Art instruction for every student.
We hope you will consider contributing to WGEF this Giving Tuesday. Whatever gift you are comfortable making, it all adds up and helps continue amazing programs for our Grizzlies. We need your help to continue these programs and provide enrichment opportunities our kids love.
This school year, WGEF will fund over $200,000 in vital enrichment programs and teacher salaries.
