Physical education prepares children to be physically and mentally active, fit and healthy. Studies show that physical activity contributes to improved cognitive performance and classroom behaviors.
Art has a positive impact on a student’s overall educational success. Studies have shown that children exposed to the different “modes” of art and the implementation of self expression have increased self-confidence, improved cognition, growth mindset, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of culture and self.
